The Association is managed by Z&R Property Management.
The Association's yearly dues "assessments" are $300 per lot. Assessments are due by February 15 of each year and are considered late if received after February 15 when a $30 per month late fee is imposed plus 1.5% interest per month and a $55.00 legal fee (payment plan 1st notice letter). A late fee will be imposed on any past due amount.
The Association's Fiscal year runs from January to December.
Board Meetings are normally held monthly during the summer, for 2022 the meetings are tentatively scheduled for 4/28, 6/23, 7/28, 8/25, and 9/22 at 1 PM. The location will be Fire Station 16 in the upper meeting room. Please call Z&R to verify meeting time/date/location and to be placed on the agenda.
The Association has a community "master trash service contract" for homes in our HOA.
The service day is Wednesday each week (for trash & recycling).
Owners may sign up or opt out of services. You must contact Z&R to make any service changes.
The Association has an independent financial audit conducted each year by an outside CPA firm. A copy of the report can be obtained from the management company.
