The Association has a community "master trash contract" for many of the homes in our HOA. 

The service day is Wednesday each week (for trash & recycling). 

2026: the price is $242.00 a year for trash and recycling, billed upfront in January. 

For new residents wishing to join, please contact Derek. Apex Waste (who bought out Carefree Disposal and Infinite Disposal in 2025) will provide a 95-gallon toter for trash and a 65-gallon recycling toter, plus you can leave two (2) 32-g trash bags out.  You can opt for a smaller trash toter or a larger recycle toter from that noted above.  If you have service concerns or need to change your toter size, please contact Derek.  

** Please note, this fee is for the year; if you are gone for several months of the year, there is no refund of services or a price reduction if you don't choose to recycle or use the bags. 

** Pickup Times: the policy is 7am -7pm. Especially with the holidays, pickup time(s) can change quite a bit.  

• 2026 Holiday Schedule:

1. New Year's Day: no change in service

• If a Holiday falls on a weekend or during the week "on or after" the normal service day, there will be no changes to your pick-up. 

NOTE: The City passed an ordinance regarding bear-resistant trash toters.  

The ordinance requires people who don’t have a garage or a secure place to leave their trash to get a bear-resistant can.  If you do have a garage, the ordinance requires people to wait until 5 a.m. on the day of their pickup to set their trash out and take it back inside by 7 p.m..
