The Architectural Control Committee is comprised of volunteer members of the community that are appointed by the Board of Directors.

** If you are doing any landscaping work - whether new installations or replacements, please view the City Approved Plant List below.  **

The ACC does have a formal review schedule each month and tries to review requests quickly (if they have all of the required information).   If you have any questions about your request or what you may need to submit, please contact Derek, Derek.Patterson@RowCal.com.
