The Association is managed by RowCal Management.
Any owner needing current finances or the approved budget, please get in touch with the Manager.
The Association's yearly dues "assessments" are $300 per lot. Assessments are due by February 15 of each year and are considered late if received after February 15, when a $30 per month late fee is imposed, plus 1.5% interest per month. A late fee will be imposed on any past-due amount.
The Association's Fiscal year runs from January to December.
Board Meetings are normally held monthly during the summer; for 2024, the meetings are tentatively scheduled for 4/25, 6/27, 7/25, 8/22, and 9/26 at 1 PM. Meetings are currently held by telecommunications using Zoom. Please contact Derek to verify the meeting time/date/location, to obtain the Zoom link, and to be placed on the agenda.
The Association has a community "master trash service contract" for homes in our HOA.
The service day is Wednesday each week (for trash & recycling).
Owners may sign up or opt out of services. You must contact Derek to make any service changes.
The Association has an independent financial audit conducted by an outside CPA firm every other year. A copy of the report can be obtained from the management company.
