| Can I add/remove email addresses to receive emails? |
| Yes, in the To: field, you can type in the addresses you want to receive the email. Be sure to enter a semi-colon (;) after each address. Any changes you make to the To: field will only be valid for the current email being sent. To make the entries permanent, you need to use Insert New Subscriber or Update Existing Subscribers |
| Why does my email keep failing with "Combined file size was exceeded"? |
| The total size of your email with attachments was to large to be sent. Either reduce the size of your email/attachments, consider sending the email in parts or send a link to the document on your site where it is uploaded. |
| What are my email limitations? |
| There are 2 limitations on the number of emails that can be sent from a single email address: Limited to 5000 per month and 300 per day. If more than 300 emails are sent in a day, the remaining emails are queued to be delivered the following day. If the 5000 per month is exceeded, the remaining emails are dropped.
